The co-parenting program is a unique opportunity for high conflict co-parents to learn exactly what it sounds like - to co-parent, but peacefully. My approach is child centered and focused on solutions rather than problems. Your child/ren deserve for their families to move forward so they can thrive and to be quite frank – so you can too! You can not move on sitting in the past.

I want to support these complex family systems – it is hard work, but really worth seeing families function, manage problems effectivley, put aside differences and focus on what we all hold so dear – our children.

I am trained in a method called Cooperative Co-Parenting. My program is a little more relaxed than working through this workbook, but the skills you will learn will come from Cooperative Co-Parenting as well as my experience as a therapist, both lived and trained.

I will make a clinical decision if this program will be supportive to your family after we have had a consultation. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this screen if you are interested.

Coparenting Program for high conflict and separated families

This program is $200.00 per visit/session. I do require a deposit of a minimum of 6 sessions equaling $1200.00. If you go beyond the 6 sessions, I will require the fee paid before each additional session.

Each parent participating will be required to pay this deposit before any services are provided. It is highly recommended that each caregiver participate concurrently. We will not have joint sessions.

I cannot accept insurance for this service as this would not require me to diagnose a mental health condition to justify medical necessity for insurance purposes. Additionally, this can be completed adjacent to any individual or family therapy you have.

This is a targeted intervention to help you pave a path forward. This is an investment for you and your family as it exists now.

I recognize this may very well be the hardest event in your life time and I hold that with the utmost sensitivity. I really want you to be successful in this!

All of our meetings will be done virtually to meet you where you are. We will work closely together on scheduling.

How does it work?

We will meet weekly for 6 - 12 weeks. I will do a full family systems assessment from your perspective. I will diagnose the issues, you will describe what you think are the issues, and then we will problem solve and solution focus on what skills you need to work on to increase the success of your co-parenting relationship.

Will you talk to lawyers and GAL’s?

While this is a case by case specific question, generally, yes with a signed ROI. I do not overshare and will provide them with updates on progress. If a letter is needed, as part of the program fee, I will write a letter addressed to your attorney and GAL on your case. I am a mandated reporter by law. If child abuse or neglect are disclosed during our time together - I do not have a choice but to report.

Do you testify in court?

I do not testify in court. The goal and idea of this program is to keep you out of court! Court is both costly to your wallet and your mental health. Your children – despite popular belief - are also impacted. My goal would be to partner with you and your team to help with a resolution and a path forward.
